ABOUT US
Empowering Students and Parents to Succeed Together with Teach Together

ABOUT
Teach Together
I am passionate about empowering students, parents, and individuals with ADHD to build confidence in managing daily responsibilities and working toward meaningful long-term goals.

ADHD is not about an inability to focus—it is about learning how to regulate attention, especially when tasks feel challenging or overwhelming. Because ADHD looks different for everyone, my approach is highly individualized. Together, we identify barriers, highlight strengths, and develop practical strategies that allow each client to move forward with confidence.
What support looks like
Supporting parents, children, and individuals with ADHD
Services are designed to be collaborative, practical, and personalized. Sessions focus on planning, skill development, and identifying effective strategies that support daily functioning and long-term growth.

Support includes examining patterns in behavior and learning, understanding what creates challenges, and building customized systems that promote organization, time management, and follow-through. The emphasis is on developing independence, self-awareness, and accountability that extend beyond coaching sessions.

Family support centers on shifting language to build independence, establishing realistic routines, and setting supportive boundaries that foster confidence, responsibility, and long-term success.

(Frequently Asked Questions)
Is an ADHD diagnosis required to work with you?
No. An ADHD diagnosis is not required, and it does not have to be the reason we work together. I work with parents, teens, and adults who may be exploring ADHD, noticing executive function challenges, or simply looking for practical support in daily life, learning, and routines. Whether you’re seeking help for your child or for yourself, you don’t need a formal label to benefit from working together.

What are your rates and support options?
Because every individual and family has unique needs, I offer personalized support plans rather than one-size-fits-all packages. The best way to determine the right fit—and discuss rates and options—is through a brief, complimentary call. This gives us a chance to talk about your goals, answer your questions, and see how I can best support you or your child.

What differentiates Teach Together from other educational or clinical services?
I believe in supporting parents first, with the understanding that their child is always at the center of our work. I provide tools, education, and guidance to help strengthen learning and development, because parents are every child’s first and most important teachers.

While I work directly with students, I am deeply committed to supporting both the home environment and the child in order to create meaningful, lasting progress. True growth happens when everyone involved feels informed, confident, and supported.

My work with teens and adults focuses on practical, easy-to-implement strategies, while also addressing important internal skills such as self-awareness, motivation, and resilience. The process is not always easy, but consistent support is provided every step of the way—and beyond our time working together.

How is executive function coaching different than therapy?
Executive function coaching is focused on building practical skills for daily life, learning, and work—such as organization, time management, planning, and follow-through. Coaching is action-oriented and looks forward, helping clients create strategies they can use right away.

Therapy often focuses on emotional health, mental well-being, and processing past experiences. While both can be supportive, coaching is centered on developing tools, routines, and habits to improve day-to-day functioning.

Many clients choose coaching alongside therapy, and the two can work very well together.

What is executive functioning, and how do I know if my child needs help?
I like to think of executive functioning as the “getting things done” functions of our brain. It can include a person’s ability to set goals, plan, self-regulate, stay focused, organize, manage their time, and more. While some children pick up on these skills easily, others really struggle in this area and need more explicit support to get them on the right track.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your session 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and receive a refund. If your session is not scheduled within that time frame, you may reschedule up to one time or you can choose to forfeit your payment.
